Beyond Susan’s 2D design collections, she loves to play with paper creating 3D concepts for greeting cards and other applications.
Susan enjoys working one-on-one with her manufacturers to create customized collections that cover the full spectrum of product development such as original alphabets, 2D & 3D die and laser cut concepts, home decor coordinates and preparing final digital art for production.
Susan has successfully licensed with clients such as the Museum of Modern Art, Current, Custom Decor, Design Design, Peter Pauper Press, The Popcorn Factory, Cresc Corp., Creative Expressions Sugar Tree and Independent Can to name just a few.
Her greeting card with Museum of Modern Art won the prestigious Louie Award and was runner-up for card of the year. This same card continued to be successful for 11 years. Susan’s latest card with the Museum of Modern Art is a snowboarder doing a flip inspired by the Olympic events.
Susan’s year-round zest for outdoor adventure suits living in the rolling hills of upstate New York. With much delight, Susan recently “bought the farm”, barns, silo and all! Susan has enjoyed the process of renovating her home and new studio. The gorgeous views offer much inspiration for creativity.
